Day 11 – Wind Instruments

adminWebcast

Friday 18th March 2022

As the Festival approaches its climax – a series of Wind Classes held in St Leonard’s-in-the-Field’s Church attracted great praise from our adjudicator, Karen Anderson.

Entries were less than in previous years – but the highest standards remain.

Morning Session (Church) – 9.30am: Wind Classes

Afternoon Session (Church) – 2pm: Music is Fun and Pianoforte Classes

Evening Session – 6.30pm: Action Songs for Rainbow Guides; Solo and Duet Singing; Wind Classes (Advanced and Open)

With the Advanced and Open Wind Classes this evening there is a chance for further instrumentalists to progress to the Larg and Premier Trophy Classes on the final night. This was an evening when we would hear some of the finest performances of the Festival so far.
