The organisers of the Perform in Perth Festival are delighted to invite audiences to enjoy some images from this year’s outstanding performances, showcasing the remarkable talent of young dancers and performers from across the region.
Held at the Assembly Hall and Three Court Hall, North Inch Community Campus, the festival featured a vibrant programme of Scottish Country Dancing, ballet, modern, Highland, song and dance, and baton twirling across a full weekend of competition.
One of the highlights of the festival was the Scottish Country Dancing evening session, adjudicated by Jim Stott, where teams competed for the prestigious Helen Farquhar Trophy. Performances from the Julie Young Dancers demonstrated precision, musicality and teamwork across multiple age categories.
The evening continued with senior team performances competing for the James Neill Cup and the George Mortimer Trophy, before concluding with a lively non-competitive showcase, celebrating the joy of dance.
